YU INFO Conference traditionally offers the opportunity to ICT and other companies dealing with modern technologies to be adequately presented (through various marketing activities) at this event. YU INFO represents the prestigious ICT event, one of the biggest of that kind in the country, equally important and attended by the researches, managers of ICT companies, banks, participants from the governmental institutions and managers in general. If you wish to present your company at YU INFO this year we can offer you several ways to do so:

1. GENERAL SPONSOR

• Trademark and logo of general sponsor along with your message to the participants will be exposed at the central point in Conference hall.
• Trademark and logo of general sponsor will be exposed during each press conference.
• The right to have a company presentation (30 minutes) during the Opening day.
• The right to distribute printed material to all Conference participants.
• Exposing the company flag in the Conference hall.
• One color page commercial in the Conference published Collection of papers.
• Trademark and logo of general sponsor will be positioned on all printed materials as well as on the Conference web site.
• Logo of general sponsor will be placed on the joint panel of all sponsors in Conference hall.

2. COMPANY PRESENTATION IN MAIN CONFERENCE PROGRAM

• It is planned to have up to 3 company presentations during one Conference day. Each company will have 30 minutes to present itself.
• All presentations will be included in the official program scheme.

3. MARKETING STAND AT CONFERENCE

• Marketing stand in front of Conference hall
• Marketing stand in separate space (8m2)

4. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES - EVENING WITH A COMPANY

After a working day, we suggest the following program that would be named after the sponsor:

• Music evening
• Theatre play
• Disco night

When the space of event is limited the sponsor has the right to invite 50% of its own guests.

• Sponsor has 15 minutes at the beginning of the program to present it.
• Trademark and sponsor logo will be placed in the area where the event is being held.
• Sponsor of the evening has the right to choose by himself the way he wishes to be promoted.
• Sponsor has to right to distribute the promoting material during the evening.
• The name of the company will be stated in the official conference program scheme.
• Advertisement in the Collection of paper.
• Logo of sponsor will be placed on the joint panel of all sponsors in Conference hall.

5. SPONSOR OF THE WELCOMING COCKTAIL

• Trademark and sponsor logo will be placed in the area where the event is being held.
• Sponsor has to right to distribute the promoting material and present himself during the evening.
• The name of the company will be stated in the official conference program scheme as the sponsor of the welcoming cocktail.
• Advertisement in the Collection of paper.
• Logo of sponsor will be placed on the joint panel of all sponsors in Conference hall.

6. NAME TAG SPONSOR

• Name tags will be worn during the official part of the Conference
• The name of the sponsor will be placed on the name tags
• Logo of sponsor will be placed on the joint panel of all sponsors in Conference hall.

7. ADVERTISMENT IN THE COLLECTION OF PAPERS

• One black and white page
• One color page

All the advertisements that are to be printed in the collection of papers have to be submitted no later than 20.02.2006. After that date the organizer of the event can not publish the advertisement.

8. SPONSOR OF THE COLLECTION OF PAPER ON CD-ROM

• Sponsor has the right to present his company on Conference CD-ROM.
• The name of the sponsor will be printed on the CD cover.
• Logo of sponsor will be placed on the joint panel of all sponsors in Conference hall.
• The name of the company will be stated in the official conference program.

9. MEDIA SPONSOR

• Sponsor will be host to the selected media team.
• Logo of sponsor will be placed on the joint panel of all sponsors in Conference hall.
• Reporters and media representatives will be wearing T-shirts and ski jackets with the name of the sponsor.
